Three projects in Ji'nan Eco-Culture & Tourism Area, Jingzhou, with a respective investment of more than 300 million yuan and a total investment of 1.8 billion yuan, were commenced on the morning of November 4. Wu Changjun, Vice Chairman of the CPPCC Jingzhou Municipal Committee and Secretary of the Party Work Committee of Ji'nan Eco-Culture & Tourism Area, attended the commencement ceremony.

The projects involved cover fields such as agro-tourism integration and commercial facilities. They are MamaMall Cultural & Creative Park Commercial District (Phase I), Jiulinwan Agro-Culture-Tourism Complex and Zhaohu Eco-Rural Complex. Among them, MamaMall Cultural & Creative Park Commercial District (Phase I), with an investment of 1.5 billion yuan and a floor area of 18,000 square meters, will be developed into a province-wide online and offline sales experience center.

Since the beginning of this year, Ji'nan Eco-Culture & Tourism Area has gone all out to expand project investment. So far it has signed more than 35 projects with a contract amount of more than 100 million yuan each, and attracted a total investment of 24.543 billion yuan by agreement.
